Kilve Events: Music for Good

Karen Hutchings, Peter Stone and Grant Moody are directors of Kilve Events Limited, which is a company limited by guarantee.

The idea to revive "Kilvestock", which some villagers will remember, came after a social event at Overlands, the entertainment hub of Pardlestone. Karen and Peter, aided and abetted by Tracey and Paul Cuff then crystallised the idea into "Kilve Stock & Barrel" to encompass our wonderful local pub, The Hood Arms.

Grant was asked to join the board to deal with all matters financial and corporate and Kilve Events was born.

Kilve Events is a not-for profit organisation and profits from Kilve Stock & Barrel will be distributed to our good cause partners.

John Collins and Sarah Parker-Randle joined the committee to bring their technical expertise and music connections.

Our mission

Through music and community, we aim to make a positive impact. We want to bring a weekend of fun, music and friendship to Kilve. Join us in celebrating talent while supporting good causes that benefit our community and beyond at Kilve Stock & Barrel.

We don't want to conquer the world or become the new Glastonbury. We want Kilve Stock & Barrel to be a local music festival that entertains and does good.
